Propfest Connect: Giving buildings a voice

Where opportunity and innovation came to life 

From technology disrupters, place makers and real estate professionals, PropFest Connect, a SuperTech event for the property industry which took place in June 2024, gathered 60 innovators and industry leaders to meet, explore and influence the future of property together, attracting delegates from across the region and beyond.   

The line-up featured a series of panel speakers from firms, landlords, agencies and academia discussing their biggest operational and market challenges. They highlighted future needs and opportunities to revolutionise and future-proof the sectors competitive edge.

Exhibitors and panellists spoke candidly of industry barriers, highlighting possibilities and success stories of innovation. Whether improving day-to-day efficiencies, increasing customer satisfaction or propelling our journey towards successful talent growth, net zero or smarter buildings, the focus was on how we can utilize data to better achieve our collective goals.
