Now, we’re looking for a Senior Content Officer to take ownership of how that impact is communicated and to elevate how our ecosystem sees, understands and engages with our innovation opportunities.

As Senior Content Officer, you will translate our programmes, insights, founder journeys and strategic partnerships into high-value narratives that position SuperTech and its ecosystem at the forefront of UK innovation. Through data and platform management, compelling storytelling and engaging visual assets, you'll help showcase the people, technologies and collaborations delivering measurable impact across the West Midlands' professional and financial services technology (ProfTech) sector.

What you'll be doing

You will play a key role in growing SuperTech's profile and community through engaging B2B content and campaigns that showcase the innovation, collaboration and impact taking place across the region’s ProfTech ecosystem.

  • Plan and deliver multi-channel content and campaigns across web, LinkedIn, newsletters and other digital channels to engage corporates, founders, entrepreneurs, academics and ecosystem partners

  • Create, curate and commission high-quality content across a range of formats, including articles, case studies, photography, video, audio and infographics

  • Transform programme activity, events, partnerships and ecosystem insights into compelling stories that demonstrate the value and impact of SuperTech's work

  • Maintain a forward content calendar, working closely with the Community Engagement Lead, Innovation Project Managers and strategic communications partners

  • Support the promotion of innovation programmes, founder activity and ecosystem events through clear, audience-focused campaigns and communications

  • Use data, analytics and audience insight to evaluate content performance and continuously improve engagement and reach across our online platforms

  • Help shape and maintain a consistent SuperTech tone of voice across all channels and touchpoints

  • Provide content-led marketing support and guidance across the SuperTech team, contributing to the growth of a vibrant and connected ProfTech community
