With a strong foundation built within the Midlands, the Women in Tech awards are now expanding their mission nationwide, opening nominations to recognise women in tech across the UK.
The awards were founded with three core goals:
1. Recognising and Celebrating Achievements – Highlighting the contributions of women in tech to promote a gender-balanced workforce.
2. Inspiring Future Generations – Encouraging women to pursue careers in tech through inspirational role models and initiatives.
3. Promoting Inclusivity – Ensuring ongoing involvement and engagement of women in tech across industries.

Over the years, the Midlands Women in Tech Awards has made significant progress toward these goals. Through impactful awards ceremonies, expos, and roundtable sessions, the initiative has provided platforms for celebrating achievements and encouraging future generations of women to enter the tech industry.
